In addition to the standard Sheppee adjustable transfer drive unit without control system we can also offer a servo driven version with an integrated control unit. This stand alone version will only need one signal from the machine drive system. With the help of an easy to use human interface with acceleration and deceleration functions and automatic synchronisation after stops, the system can quickly be adapted to new finger configurations.
Integrated hand wheels for horizontal and vertical adjustments on three axis are included in both the standard transfer drive and the servo controlled transfer drive to facilitate quick job changes.
