We offer a wide range of High Quality Chain Sprockets suitable for conveyor systems of different manufacturers. Customer specials to suit individual requirements can be manufactured on request. Sprocket with small or medium size diameter are manufactured from carbon steel with flame or induction hardened teeth. Sprockets in excess of 250 mm diameter are normally manufactured from cast iron, of course also with suitably hardened teeth.
Sprockets, which are correctly aligned and have the correct tooth form, are required for long and trouble free chain life. We there recommend the exclusive use of original Pennine Chain sprockets.
